Check these first
Nothing has power
Check the power bar under the table in your room — it has its own on/off switch separate from the wall outlet. Make sure it's switched on.
A specific piece of gear won't turn on
Check that its power cable is fully seated at both ends, and that its own power switch (usually on the back or side) is on — not just the power bar.
No sound, or sound cutting in and out
Check that all cables (RCA/XLR between mixer and speakers, USB into the CDJs) are fully plugged in at both ends. A loose connection is the most common cause.
